All my life I’ve been a visually-directed person. Some might call it “hyperaware.” I notice a lot of things that other people might overlook, until I point them out.
When I was a kid, I liked cameras, but I loved my parents’ movie camera, which they kindly allowed me to use to do a school ‘film.’ It was hilarious and terrible, and I wish I had a copy of it now, but this was a long time ago.
I have had careers in the design fields of: web design/development, UX/UI design, animation, graphic design and illustration. I moved onto photography then some years ago, and while working toward my degree in Digital Humanities at UMass Amherst, I took a photography course to further my education in it.
In the last few years, I’ve taken thousands of photographs, and so I have decided to post and sell them here. Some have good stories behind them, others were just wonders found in passing, but to me they all mean something. I hope you will enjoy my work.
